Hey Trish and all the big grade Preps and Grade One’s!
How do you like the photos of your self portraits on the front page?
You are famous!!! You will be blogging soon, when you can read and write really really well, and know how to move around blog sites.
Maybe your big brothers or sisters, or both do blogging?
Keep up the super duper work ok?
From Mrs McCartney……..
PS……Now remember…….absolutely no laughing or smiling at school..
it is a VERY serious place.

WOW!
You wrote back to me.
I liked reading the comments from Georgia, Eloise, Kyra and Alexander.
Do you enjoy looking at your class chatters blog?
I wonder if you would like to record your voices on your blog.
If you can find some time, you should hop on the Smart board and check out Techno6. There is a lovely story about a Red Tailed Black cockatoo.
Can you predict why the cockatoo is called ‘Storm’ before you hear the story and see the photos???
See you soon clever kids!

Hello grade prep and one. Flick and Tarzy took photos of your wonderful artwork in the corridor on Friday. They downsized the images and placed them on the public drive for you to use as your little avatars. I have put the results on a post at my blog at http://www.slideshare.net/murcha/prep-avatars so that you can see them.
Share lots with us because we want to see what you can do.

Hey there prep 1. Welcome to the world of blogging. It is so good to see you here. Your page looks great. Mrs. Mirtschin organised for your lovely portraits to be your avatars as well, so you are really, really famous now. I can’t wait to get all your voicethreads ready for grandparents day. I think they are absolutely lovely so far. I see that Mrs McCartney told you to jump on our techno6 site and check out the story about Storm. do that and next time Tim brings Storm into school, I will make sure he/she visits you. While you are on our blog site, vote on whether you think it is a boy or a girl?

Wow!
you now have avatars…….You sure are moving up in the world aren’t you techno preps and ones!
I can’t wait to see Storm at school……..I missed him/her last time.
I got on the techno6 site, and I voted.
Guess what girls, I voted girl. I think Storm is a female!
I hope I am right.

I have a little challenge just right for some very clever grade prep and 1 students.
Here it is.
Which vowel is the only one that does not go at the start of a two letter word?
Let me know the answer as soon as possible…oh, I think I just gave you a hint; not the answer, but a hint…I just wrote a two letter word that starts with a vowel!
BYE!

By the way, I was wrong. Storm was a boy, not a girl.
Drats.
Oh well, GO THE GIRLS anyway!

Hello Big guys and Gals…
All set for a new term?
You have so many skills now…if you work hard and have a go at everything, you’ll really be ready to go into grade1 and grade 2.
Wow, how the year has scooted along.
Get Mrs Butters to show you Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas on the Smart board when she gets some time in a room with smart board.
This place is amazing. There are dolphins, slides, pools, and playgrounds in pools!
You would love it I think. But I’m not sure.
Maybe not Mya or Beatriz!!!! Or Clem or Grace.
I think they would HATE to swim in all these pools, and go on the slides.
Oh well.
bye, see you in a few weeks.
